How would you discuss with stakeholders the urgency of this issue? Who would you involve in these discussions and why? What are your goals in doing this quality improvement project? How can continuous quality improvement create an environment that reduces this common challenge? What resources will be needed? What tools can the quality and safety professional use to effectively address this issue? What barriers can you anticipate that you will need to address? What would your timeline be?
