This week we will be working on Project Management tools and processes that can help students improve study habits and learn subject matter in more detail.

Project Management: tools and Process:$$

This is defined as a temp position$/$job defined by a set of tasks needed to complete the required assignments.

A project is defined by a set of meetings with an agenda that outlines how the team will complete the tasks addressing:

$-$Scope

$-$Time$$

$-$Gade

The scope is how a student will strategize to complete the assignment by breaking down a weekly schedule and defining goals.$$

The time is based on an $8-$day scheduled turnaround to submit an assignment.

A grade will be the result of the students have completed the tasks

Students will need to research more in$-$depth material cross$-$referencing articles, trends, timelines, and innovative technology that improves and or enhances the task.

Build a foundation historical brief on the assignment building the program process that will provide a live program$$

Things to do:$$

step#$1$: Students will be researching the three parts needed to complete the $3-$week tasks

Part I is to create a GUI program using either Rad Studio or QT Creator

Part II uses the submit button to send data to either a database, excel spreadsheet or email$$

Part III: Create a PowerPoint presentation walking us through each of your GUI steps and widgets you used to create your program$$

step#$5$ Create a PowerPoint using at least $4$ slides to define your progress and demonstrate your new program$$
