This week, we're discussing DSS functionality. Many companies feel compelled to have their own unique spin on how a particular application type should operate, and create their own. Others will change their business processes to accomodate off-the-shelf software. And, of course, there's a whole gamut in between. I know which solution I prefer, but what does your research suggest to you is the most supportable solution? The best solution? The cheapest solution? The most effective solution?
