First, provide a brief description of the common items that project managers should log (e.g. risk, issue, actions, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, lesson learned, and change requests. Next agree or disagree with the idea that not logging RAID items can lead to project churn. Project churn is a project that is stuck and not making progress. If you have ever been in a work or group meeting and felt that the group keeps discussing the same topics over and over - that is project churn. Be sure you are giving your thoughts and opinions and not quoting the textbook!
