Please ensure you go back and read or listen to the feedback comments from your instructor from the previous videos and apply them to this one. A key point in the learning process is taking feedback in whatever form and using it to improve on future assignments, tasks, or jobs. Organizational design is organizational design and structure. Create a 4-5 minute video presentation that addresses the following: Create a new organizational design for your current working environment (different from what they are using now). Explain why this type of design best fits the industry your current organization competes in. Describe how your new organizational design structure is different from the previous one. The video should include a PowerPoint presentation and voice narration. It must also include at least two outside sources correctly cited and referenced (in Writing Style Guide format)
