Remember, each group member will create their own product backlog for the same project. The group will get together to consolidate in week 5.
Use the Sprint Planning Template to create your product backlog.
Add details to the Product Backlog sheet.
The product Backlog will include the epic user stories, which are large bodies of work that can be broken down into a number of smaller tasks.
The epic user stories should cover the project scope.
Security concerns related to the product should be addressed in the backlog.
Acceptance criteria should be added for each backlog item.
Submit the Sprint Planning Document.
