This week's assignment will entailan analysis of the six principal componentsof the macro-environment. Each of these components is representative of the external environment.

• You are to once again refer to Amazon when discussing each of these principles and how these factors have affected the organization.
• If in research, you have not found the information you need for one or two of these components, I encourage you to not see this as a problem, but an opportunity to examine the organization yourself and see what strategy, if you were in charge, you would put in place to lessen the impact of this factor.
• Don't forget that the organization itself is a valuable resource! Don't be afraid to call, introduce yourself and your purpose, and ask the questions you need answers to.
