How do you think the COVID-19 pandemic will or should influence these processes? Would this vary by industry? For example, we have moved over the years to a model of just in time inventory purchasing rather than storing excess inventory. We have made decisions to outsource manufacturing to other countries to reduce costs and increase profits. What kinds of problems are you seeing in our current situation that may point to a need to change our business processes? Are you seeing changes being implemented where you work?
