This week's task focuses on how to implement the new homelessness assistance program. I have the name which is "Metro Assist". mission statement ( "Pathways to Stability: Homelessness Prevention and Aid", goals, outcomes, services, and financial breakdown completed.

The implementation needs to be further thought out through a plan that details specifics as it relates to responsibility, roles, and resources with each service being provided.

When implementing a new program, it is imperative that leadership brainstorms the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats beforehand.

Part I and Part II will provide clarity into the who, what, and when as it relates to the process of officially starting the program. Part I and Part II of this assignment will allow you to think of how you will be implementing the services and analyzing them through a SWOT analysis.

Instructions:

Part I: Table and Implementation Strategy

First, develop a table entitled "Program Component Implementation Plan".

Then, utilizing the initial elements of the strategic plan in Module 03, write the implementation strategy, including:

• Discuss key activities of the program.
• Identify who is responsible for each key activity.
• Describe resources needed for each key activity.
• Identify Probable due dates for each key activity.

Part II: SWOT Analysis

Develop a SWOT Analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threat) of the homelessness assistance program being developed/implemented.
