This week's topic is going to call for a little work. I would like for you to try something. Look at the Forcefield analysis discussion and the figure on pages of your textbook. Then, list the "Forces for Maintaining a Status Quo" or the "Restraining Forces" on the right side. These would be various reasons to stick with the intheclassroom mode. For example, you could say... "loss of professor face time" with a value of You could list, "selfmotivationaccountability required" as a value. Tally up the and the and see where you come out on the issue.
After you do this, present your results in your reply post include the charting and explain the results. What did you list? Were they driving forces or restraining forces? How did you value each item? Which items had a heavier weight of value? Why?
