Change is generally driven by need. The difference among most change is how that need is identified and what drives it. For implementation of new service lines, the presence of a need is important. You will develop a gap-in-service-delivery narrative to present to your agency's leadership in consideration of adding mobile integrated health care in your community. As you develop your narrative, include attributes that are identified as signs of organizational readiness that would support the addition of the mobile integrated health care/community paramedic program.
