This work describes the fundamental points that must be covered for the future implementation of an integrated management system, for which the student develop the following section. The business for which the implementation of the points above is a flour manufacturer.

1. Description of the organization and its activity. This section introduces the organization and provides basic data on its location, size, activity and other data that will help us understand the purpose of the organization.
