Case study on psvchosocial development acrass life span (Erik Erikson Theory) Students will be required to: Sclect a case from the following age groups: • Infancy. • Or, Early Childhood. • Or, Preschool. • Or, School Age. • Or, Adolescence. • Or, Young Adulthood. • Or, Middle Adulthood. • Or, Maturity. You can apply this assignment on any family member from different age groups discussed by Erik Erikson. For example, choose one of your siblings, interview them, ask them questions and observe them! • Describe developmental tasks and events observed on the selected case. For example, if you sclected a family member aged 12 years old, discuss what are the main activities he is focusing on, what are his main goals at that specific age, what did he achieve, what he plans to achieve, what things he failed to achieve, what are the main events happened to him during this age, what things he leamed, and overall, how his personality is developing?. • Compare finding to what was explained by Erik Erikson.
