Facts:

One of All You Can Eat Ice Cream Buffet, Inc.'s, customers, a grocery store called Charlie's Supermarket, is unable to pay $10,000 it owes for ice cream it ordered. The owner of Charlie's Supermarket, Charlie Smith, has agreed to personally pay what is owed by Charlie's Supermarket to All You Can Eat Ice Cream Buffet, Inc.

Draft a "Demand Promissory Note" obligating Smith to pay the above sum.
