Three different teams are working on three existing projects. Teams are estimated to fail at 40%, 60% and 80%. In order to minimize the possibility of failure of all three teams, it is aimed to squeal an additional team of 2 available to the teams. Failure probabilities are shown in the table (Table 3) if 0, 1 and 2 two are added to each team. Establish a mathematical model that minimizes the risk of failure of all three projects.
