1 Make a list of things you need to do this coming week .
2 Prioritize your things to do as listed above by assigning them to one of the following categories.
A = Top - priority tasks that must be completed by the end of this week. ( what is top priority for you)
B = Medium- priority tasks without urgent deadlines.
C = Tasks that really can wait .

3) Estimate and record on the above chart the time required to complete each task be realistic. Then go back and increase each of the time estimate by 10- 15 percent. This provides some cushion for error or for unexpected problems.
4) Transfer your things to do to a weekly calendar. First, place all A tasks in the best time slots for you . If there is time available, add B tasks . List C tasks at the bottom of your calendar; when all A and B tasks are taken care of, do a. C task or two.
