Through using AI the algorithms team has found that funds that use more verbose, flowery language perform worse in the long run. To help separate those founds out, the coding challenge asks you to implement the function analyze$\_$fund$\_$description$()$ to so they can identify funds to mark as potentially poor choices. That functions takes a string trade descriptions and an integer representing a word length. The function should return the count of words in the fund descriptions that are at least as long as the target length. Example usage:
