Throughout the course, we have discussed many ways for Libell & Son to manage quality. We looked at developing good quality, building strategic alliances, and leadership that could help in managing quality, we have discussed communication and the training processes that benefit in creating quality, to the extent of empowering our employees to make decisions. The area of community involvement was discussed to understand how that could benefit the company and grow the business within the community. Having ethical principles in place was important for Libell & Son to build confidence in our customers.

We have covered many areas that have been used to show how Libell & Son can manage quality. One area that we did not concentrate on heavily that is important when we think of a company having success and being seen in a more positive view than the competition is ethics. What you are being asked to do is provide two ethical areas that Libell & Son need to adhere to.
