1. Hello my name is Atiba and I currently live in central Florida. I have been working in the medical field for over 23 years. At the moment I work at a pedi hospital. I am a certified surgical technologist. I have a associate degree in liberal arts, my bachelors in Business Healthcare Administration from SNHU that I complete Aug 2022. and started the masters program in Nov 2022. I have not developed or created any innovations ideas with any company I have worked for.

I think Apple would be awesome innovations, they have everything phone, computers, lap tops, iPads, iPods, apple tags.apple watch you name it Apple has it. Apple always try to come out with a new system/upgrade every year to make the product better then before. Apple is always upgrading the processors, camera, and adding other features. What is great about Apple I feel is they have apple support and the have a apple store you are able to go into. and it is not always online to purchase items.

My name is Carmela and I am from Southern New Hampshire. I work as a human resources operations specialist for an electronic manufacturing company. This role is new to me since I recently graduated in 2022 with my bachelor's degree from SNHU. Prior to my bachelors, I received my associates degree as well from SNHU. This is my third graduate-level course, so I am excited, but nervous as I am still adjusting. I hope to gain a better understanding of innovative thinking to help myself in my professional career. I am young and extremely excited to see where I am 5 years from now by incorporating all the skills I have learned during my program.

Being new into my career, I have not yet developed an innovative idea for my company that I can think of. During the first year in my professional career, I found the company I worked for was very outdated with certain things. Coming from a school and college with everything online, including textbooks, it was an adjustment working for a company that was behind in its time. I suggested that the company look into a system for having visitors sign in. The company had visitors sign in on a book and then the receptionist was then responsible for paging who they were seeing. Most of the time the receptionist was calling other people to track down who the visitor was coming to see. I suggested the system have an option that when a guest checks in, whoever they are visiting would get both an email and a text message. The system was also able to print badges with the visitors' information and picture as well. The company did include this in the following years budget and 3 years later the system is still being used!

An example of innovation and creativity that comes to mind recently is Oculuss VR. The VR experience allows for downloadable games, apps, and other entertainment. I think that this is extremely creative. The simulations of the real-world environment while considering the display, cameras, motion detectors, Wi-Fi/bluetooth, and various batteries is impressive. Oculus continues to come out with new versions that outdo their previous systems. Another example of an innovative company is Apple. Most recently their Air Tag, a wireless tracker, became a large phenomenon. The Air Tags have a very precise tracking system similar to the iPhone version of FindMy. The convenience of the devices to consumers increases its popularity and of course the brand name. Apple users can track a car, backpack, carry-on, and luggage for example. This is one of the many brands that is continuously coming out with new innovative ideas that make consumers go crazy. I am looking forward to the next idea as a lover of Apple products myself.
