Throughout this time in my program, I have learned how to create a business plan and how to analyze on the decisions that may or may not work based on the research and the ideas that may or may not work in the plan. I believe that I have more knowledge on how to be an effective leader and how to operate a healthcare facility on the administrative side which is what I strived to be able to do as I have been on the direct care side for a long time. My knowledge shaped my Capstone project based on something that I noticed is a need within my community along with the different aspects of the program that I have learned and was able to utilize while working on the project. I was able to create a Capstone plan that showed a need and how that need might be able to work based on what I have learned. The key takeaways as I complete this program include the many details that go into a business structure in general. The many aspects such as the operational details, budgets, stockholders/partners, staff management, and so much more. All of these skills help shape people to be successful leader's and understand the many elements that drive a healthcare facility's operations
