It is a crucial skill that benefits not only in college but also in future careers. time management is related to job performance, academic achievement, and wellbeing. Some strategies to use to manage time more efficiently are to visualize the bigger picture, break it down, organize, set goals, determine priorities try a color$-$coding system to indicate the things with highest to lowest priorities, create a schedule making sure your schedule works for you, use tools that work for you. From a personal experience there was a time where I had a major project due, but I didn't effectively manage my time. I underestimated the amount of work required and ended up rushing to complete the project. I should have broken down the project into smaller tasks and set into priorities each task. In contrast, there was another time where I had multiple assignments due, and I effectively managed my time by creating a schedule prioritizing tasks based on their due dates and importance and sticking to the schedule. this helped me complete all assignments on time without feeling overwhelmed. A strategy I will try is making a set schedule that works for me and helps me manage my time and work.
