Time sharing is a term used in Operating Systems (OS)

and basically consists of dedicating time alternately between different

processes . As the time for each task is very small, the user has the impression that all processes are being executed simultaneously (multitasking). To simulate the idea of time sharing, create the following functions:

1. Add new process requests to a simply linked list. These processes awaits to be executed sequentially.
2. Remove the process with the longest waiting time from the list, that is, which entered first.
