Your job is to examine how the company manages its employees in different countries and the challenges it faces. You will also suggest ways the company can improve its global HR practices.

Company Selection:
Choose a wellknown multinational company that operates in at least three countries. Make sure you can find enough information about its HR practices.
Key Areas of Focus:
Expatriate Management: How does the company manage employees sent to work in other countries? What challenges do they face, and how do they solve them?
Global Talent Acquisition and Retention: How does the company hire and keep employees worldwide? What hiring strategies do they use in different countries?
CrossCultural Training and Development: How does the company handle cultural differences in its training and development programs?
Compensation and Benefits: How does the company pay employees in different regions? How do they ensure consistency while adjusting to local conditions?
Challenges and Recommendations:
