Question 5: (17 marks) Telecommuting is an employment arrangement in which the employee works outside of the employer's office. Often this means working from home or at a location close to home, such as a coffee shop, library, or co-working space. It is also called Teleworking, e-commuting, working remotely. It was noticed that there is an increasing trend towards telecommuting with the emergence of COVID-19 pandemic. In no more than (300-350) words, write a short article that reviews the benefits (from employee and employer view) and ethical dilemmas of telecommuting. Articles usually have a very short introduction and conclusion and concentrate on the main topic and discuss it on paragraphs each for an idea. You are free to use any resources but you have to list the references you used (not less than three, including your book) at the end of the article. Marks Distribution: 6 marks for discussing beneficial uses. (at least three for employee and three for employer) 8 marks for discussing ethical dilemmas. (at least four) 3 mark for references written in author-date system. 2 marks of the total mark will be deducted in case of exceeding the words limit. 1 mark of the total mark will be deducted in case not following article style with paragraphs
