Project Topic: The project focuses on analyzing the implementation and impact of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in a real-world organization. Please refer to the separate "Major Project Specification" document uploaded to Moodle for full details, requirements, and the marking rubric. 2. Key Options: You may complete this project in one of two ways: Group Option: In a team of 3 students. Individual Option: Available for students who may find group work challenging due to work or other commitments. 3. Declaration of Intent: To help us plan for presentations, you must formally notify the course coordinator via email of your chosen option (Group or Individual) and the names and student IDs of all your group members by 5:00 PM, Friday, Week 6. 4.
