To combat the challenges that arose while in the process of sequencing the warehouse, we decided to include a few extra steps to help improve performance. We implemented a map process that the replenishers could utilize when dropping product. Also, we decided to stripe $($placing like product above the pick slots$)$ the warehouse. With a combination of sequencing, mapping, and striping the warehouse, we were able to increase productivity from $57\%$ to $83\%$ within a period of two months.
