To complete the task, you are now required to: Prepare financial reports by recording all the actual expenses incurred during the all the quarters using relevant software (accounting program or Microsoft Excel). Use Appendix C to record actual figures for the all the quarters. Incorporate the business performance information in the scenario while recording actual figures. Compare the actual performance for each quarter of FY 2023 - 2024 with the quarterly budget of 2023/24 prepared in Assessment 2, Part C. Identify variances in the actual performance from the budget using Appendix C (variance column). Use the business performance information in the scenario for all the quarters, to complete the 'comments column' for line items that vary significantly from budget. Accumulate data from all the quarters to prepare end of the year performance report. Based on the performance, complete budget variation analysis report in Appendix E. Prepare a budget monitoring action plan for each quarter using the template provided in Appendix D. Prepare a budget variance report with the reasons for the variance in the budget items and the follow up actions to manage the budget in future. Use template provided in Appendix E
