Then create an analytical report presenting your findings. (5- 8 Pages maxmum)

Identify and analyze the following elements within your chosen article:

• the object of study (the central idea the article attempts to address)
• all disciplines considered by the author and tell if they are named or just addressed (Does he or she say "psychology" or simply use psychological principles.)
• any key concepts presented in the article
• any key theories cited in the article and field of origin
• all research methods used and field of origin
• any key thinkers cited as experts and their field of expertise
• evident key assumptions/worldviews

Evaluate the sources listed in the references or bibliography. Determine the variety of the publications based on their disciplinary perspectives. Does the author's research pull from multiple disciplines? Does the author use evidence from only one perspective? Did the author rely on key thinkers from varying fields, or just one?

Identify and address what each discipline, or sub-discipline, added to the conclusion reached by the author regarding the object of study. Would additional disciplines provide more insight into the problem? Were key disciplines overlooked. If so, why would they be relevant? Justify your stance.

State whether or not the solution presented in the article is truly interdisciplinary, based on what has been covered in your readings this semester. If the article is an interdisciplinary work, defend it. If not, explain why not. Perhaps the author used a multidisciplinary or cross-disciplinary approach.

Defend your analysis with support from the Repko text or other scholarly sources. You may check the author's bibliography for ideas of sources. Cite your sources.

This must be an analytical report, NOT your report on the subject; however, a good analysis stems from a strong understanding of the topic. Therefore, this analysis will require you to consult and cite sources from other disciplines. Your final report will include an annotated bibliography containing a minimum of three credible sources in addition to Repko and the article itself (3 + 1 + 1 = 5). Refer to at least two different disciplines and differing points of view.
