-Service Operation timing is 09 AM to 09 PM, maximum 6 Calls to allocated to 1 Engineer
Sr. No | Scheduled Slot |
1 | 09AM-11AM |
2 | 11AM-01PM |
3 | 01PM-03PM |
4 | 03PM-05PM |
5 | 05PM-07PM |
6 | 07PM-09PM |
-Manpower allocation as per the Pin-code. 160 pin codes max.
-Each engineer operates in radius of 05KM-20KM based on the call load.
-Assumption: Average Travel time 8mins per KM (0-7KM) & 5.5 mins for (7-15KM).
-Service Engineer needs to visit the customer as per the scheduled Slots which are prefixed by customer at the time of raising the request (95% adherence of Scheduled Slots).
-Customer will get the first slot after 6 hours from the time of complaint. i.e. if customer is raising the request at 5:15 PM today, then he will get the first slot appointment between 1PM-3PM the next day (cycle of work time starts at 9 AM and finishes at 9 PM). Customer can select any slot after 6 hours’ time as per his convenience
-Engineer to visit the complaint in the first visit and close it the complaint next day after procuring the spare.
-Managing the resources with optimum cost for Operations (Cost of Service Engineer: Rs. 20000 per Engineer)
- Time consumed at customer place during visit is 50 mins.
