Explore opposite $-$ if SRR flipped what they are doing $($stopped using a system where they are...started using a new system where they are not...$),$ what would that look like for each of your personas?

Question the assumptions $-$ do you feel your personas are operating from any assumptions? Why are there assumptions? What are the unwritten assumptions? $($list at least one assumption for each persona$)$

Finally, review everything you have done.

Can you identify $3$ problem areas where an improvement would affect all personas of SRR$?$
