Create a comprehensive WBS for the selected project scenario, breaking down the project scope into smaller, manageable components.

Organize the WBS hierarchy to reflect both the project schedule $($e$.$g$.,$ phases, tasks, milestones$)$ and cost structure $($e$.$g$.,$ labor, materials, equipment$).$

Clearly define work packages and subtasks, ensuring they are measurable, manageable, and assignable.

Include dependencies between tasks to facilitate scheduling and resource allocation.

Schedule Integration $(20\%)$:

Develop a project schedule using the WBS created, assigning durations to each task based on realistic estimates.

Utilize scheduling tools such as Gantt charts to visualize the project timeline and identify critical path activities.

Ensure alignment between the WBS hierarchy and the project schedule, with tasks in the WBS corresponding to activities in the schedule.

Cost Integration $(20\%)$:

Develop a project budget by aggregating cost estimates from the WBS components.

Link cost estimates to the project schedule, identifying cost implications for each scheduled activity.
