Explain their importance when designing and implementing a research project in the context of Truth and Reconciliation.

Implementation proposal: Propose three ways to apply them to research in the business environment.

Self$-$reflection: Write a self$-$reflection about your learning process where you describe what you have learned about this topic, and how your approach to learning has evolved.
