To determine a menu item's popularity index:

Option A

multiply the price of the item by how many you sold

Option B

divide the number sold of the product by the total number of all menu items sold

Option C

add up how many you sold of the item and compare it to how many you sold of other items in the same category

Option D

look at how much of the item you sold last week to see if you sold more of it this week
