To ensure that a message is effective, a writer should consider the seven traits of effective business writing. Evaluate the e$-$mail that Terry sent using all seven traits. Clearly identify each trait when documenting your evaluation and make sure your evaluation directly relates to the trait identified.

Three points are available per trait. One point will be awarded for the correct identification of each trait. Two points will be awarded for an accurate, complete evaluation of each trait in the writing.
