To replace content based on formatting:
In the Find and Replace dialog box, click Options to expand the list of for
matting options.
Delete the search text from the Find what and Replace with boxes, leaving
those two boxes empty. By not specifying a text string to find and replace,
the dialog box will search through all cells regardless of their content.
Click Format in the Find what row to open the Find Format dialog box, which
is similar to the Format Cells dialog box you used earlier to format a range.
Click the Font tab to make it active, click the Color box, and then click the
White, Background theme color.
D Click the Fill tab, and then in the Background Color section, click the gold
theme color the eighth color in the first row
Click OK to close the Find Format dialog box and return to the Find and
Replace dialog box.
Click Format in the Replace with row to open the Replace Format dialog box.
On the Fill tab, click the gold theme color the eighth color in the first row
Click the Font tab, click the Color box, and then click the Blue Accent
theme color the fifth color in the first row
Click OK to return to the Find and Replace dialog box. See Figure
