Another free tool you might consider exploring is one where you can enter your own data, compute several summary statistics, and create histograms and boxplots.Here is a link for the tool:

When the applet opens, you can select to name a variable, and you can type in the values of that variable. All you need to do is include a space between each value you type. As an example, suppose we have some quiz scores. The screen shot below shows the name we gave to the variable (Quiz Score) and the 10 scores that were entered. If you have just a small sample, it's easy to enter the scores by hand, but if you have a large number of values in a spreadsheet, you can copy the spreadsheet columnomitting the header, if you have oneand simply paste the values into the box in the applet where you would normally type them. When you are done, click on Begin Analysis to see the kind of output you can get!
