Look at the list of key topics being taught in this course. Select two of them and consider them for answering the following questions. To find the list of topics, check the course outline, or the table of contents in your textbook $$ you may have to read the first paragraph or two of each chapter or topic to better understand what it is$.$ Keep in mind that this is not a research paper; it is a reflective analysis.

Identify your two topics of interest. For one of the topics, describe a current strength, while for the other topic outline a current opportunity for development. Why are the two topics you selected important to you and your career development? Have they impacted your career $($positively or negatively$)$ to date? If so$,$ how?

What would you like to improve in the two topics selected? What is your plan for doing so$?$ Present your plans as goals $($one for each topic$).$ Your goals must be SMART $-$ Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant and Timely. See the Appendix at the end of this assignment for more details on creating SMART goals.

Part $1$ should be a maximum of two pages in length, double spaced.
