Topic #2 - What are two objectives for your training? The terms objectives and outcomes are often used interchangeably. There are very good examples of learner objectives in your Stanley Ross book and in each week of this class. When writing learner objectives or outcomes, the focus is on what the learner/trainee will know or be able to do after completing the training session--NOT what the instructor will do. Training objectives/outcomes should be written as -- Upon completion of the training, the trainee will be able to
