Sample design
The sample design for this study will be a stratified random sample of healthcare organizations in the UAE . The sample will be stratified by type of healthcare organization (e.g Healthpoint Hospital).
Data collection method
The data collection method for this study will be a survey of healthcare organizations in the UAE . The survey will ask questions about the type of leadership style employed by the organization, employee performance, job satisfaction, and organizational success.
