Topic: Conversion Cycle

Every business, regardless of its type, has a conversion cycle. A manufacturing type of business, however, has a readily identified conversion cycle where raw materials are transformed into finished goods. Unfortunately, students do not have a firsthand knowledge of the conversion cycle of a company that is known by all. Using De La Salle University Dasmarinas (DLSUD), identify how the process of the conversion cycle flows especially by relating the documents and information found in a manufacturing company to their equivalent in DLSUDs conversion cycle as much as possible.

1. Is DLSUD a world class company?

2. Identify at least 5 things that DLSUD currently has that can lead it achieve world class status.

3. Identify at least 5 things that DLSUD can change or improve so that it can have a world class status.
