Topic: Customer Service Skills

Please be advised that you will create a Power Point Presentation for Business Communications.

Each student will select a topic from the list below to prepare a Power Point Presentation. You are a consultant and you will be presenting the topic of Customer Service Skills to a group of employees for a professional development training. Your presentation should have title page, define your topic, give examples, include the importance of your topics and present how your topic can be improved in the workplace or why your topic is important. Feel free to propose suggested training that will support your topic.

Your Power Point should be 6-10 slides. Feel free to be creative, include pictures, examples, etc.
