graduation and multiple addresses in terms of city, street_name, and zipcode.
4) Each consultation has the following attributes: consultation_date, Patient_name,
Doctor_name, medical_note, as well as any number of prescribed medications and/ or
medical tests.
5) Each patient may have zero or multiple consultations.
6) However, each medical test (e.g., blood test, X-Ray) is owned by one and only one
patient. The medical test has its name (e.g.,Lower Back X-Ray), and the results

7) Each patient has associated with him/her zero to any number of consultations.
