$$ Repeatable $($Level $2)$: Fundamental project management processes are implemented to monitor cost, schedule, and functionality. Processes can be replicated for analogous projects; however, they remain predominantly reactive and inadequately defined.

$$ Defined $($Level $3)$: The organization possesses a collection of standard processes that are clearly defined, documented, and incorporated into a standardized software process for the organization. Documentation, standardization, and consistency across projects are emphasized significantly.

$$ Managed $($Level $4)$: The organization employs quantitative data for the management and control of processes. Measurements of the software process and product quality are collected in detail, allowing for quantitative understanding and control of both aspects.

From my previous experience working at SAP NS$2,$ I can say the organization demonstrates operational excellence, an emphasis on innovation, and strong process management, suggesting their alignment with the Optimizing level of the Capability Maturity Model. This indicates a dedication to continuous improvement and adherence to high standards of security and performance. SAP NS$2$ addresses highly sensitive data and offers solutions that require optimal security and reliability. To address these demands, the organization must maintain clearly defined and managed processes while also pursuing continuous improvements to remain proactive against emerging threats and technological advancements."
