Topic of "Flawless Consulting" stresses that the Engagement & Implementation portion of the Consulting Process is critical. However, it also emphasizes that implementing the Consultants recommendations is a level of value that the Consultant may offer, but often is overlooked by both the Client and the Consultant. At this point in the process, the Client often would like to execute the change. Although this is not a bad option, perhaps a better option is to allow the Consultant to act either, as an independent outside change agent or in an oversight capacity (role) to assist the Client implement change.
