Frightened by what he saw, Zio entered into a state of chock caused by the severe level of stress he has experienced. Zio needed a psychological support for more than 2 months after the accident in order to get out of that chock. His parents paid USD 15,000 for his treatment. Zio's parents would like to get reparation from Ayda and are wondering if they can sue her based on Tort Law.
