Imagine that you are an executive director of a corporation that just created a sustainability business plan that seeks to have the company become a triple bottom line business. This type of business considers business from economic, environmental, and social perspectives and measures business performance based on net impact on profit, people, and planet. You can either find a sustainable business to use or imagine one that you would create. You will be speaking to your employees about the mission, vision, and goals of your transformed organization and how your organization would like to help the world through corporate social responsibility but at the same time help the company bottom line. Your goal is two$-$fold to energize the employees toward this business plan and your organization's mission, vision, and values, and ignite the spirit and motivate in the realization that your organization can truly make a difference in people's lives and the world around them.

You will explain how the employees can get involved in helping the organization. This appeal should be framed by the audience members powers to act and display how that action will help. Your speech should also address how the business plan is compatible with Porter's five forces of competitive business analysis and will result in competitive advantage. Your goal is to stir the emotions of the people in the audience and show them the path to help and how they will feel better by doing so$.$ The deliverable for this assignment is just a PowerPoint presentation. You will make a $15-20$ slide PowerPoint presentation. The presentation should include detailed speaker$$s notes and references and citations from at least four sources. The presentation should also include visually appealing pictures or animations.
