TRACKING A PRODUCT ACROSS THE SUPPLY CHAIN Assignment Instructions For this first paper, please provide at least a page analysis of the beginning of the supply chain, the raw material, and sourcing. Determine how the raw material is collected, processed, or grown, and then transported to the next phase of the supply chain, manufacturing/production. Identify if there are any challenges associated with this process, any advantages that the companies may have, and how much competition there is at this level of the production process within the supply chain. Do not forget to include new innovations that are being utilized or tested, sustainability efforts to preserve the resource, and/or any recycling, reusing, or repurposing that may be involved with this step. All information must come from academic journal articles, with other supplemental articles, also being used if needed, but all must be listed in your reference list/works cited.
