Training and Development-----Needs Analysis Assignment Instructions Working in pairs, you will conduct a needs analysis for one of your current workplaces or a workplace one of you have been employed with in the past. You will apply the needs analysis process to determine what training you think would be appropriate for this workplace. ● Your task will be divided into 5 distinct parts. Please use subheadings to clarify the sections. Part 1 Part 2 ● ● Part 3 ● ● ● Part 4 Part 5 A brief description of the type of industry and the job itself. It is not necessary for you to share the specific name of the company, but you should explain the type of work the company performs. This should be about a paragraph in length. Explain which jobs your analysis would target, and what elements (importance, difficulty, frequency) you would be rating.
