Training, Employee Relations and Compensation Final Project - Assignment Instructions For your final assignment in this course, you will be developing a training program for managers.  The program needs to be created with training materials that could be used for an individual to learn from and it needs to be self-paced training. The training program needs to address:  How to empower employees How to work with labor unions How to incorporate meaningful compensation and benefits while improving employee performance. You can write a paper or develop a PowerPoint. Your project must be based on relevant research and what you have learned in this course. You cannot base your final project on just your opinion. Your research can include (but is not limited to):  Information from the Library (books and databases) Interviews with relevant individuals Surveys, focus groups, observations, etc. Internet research Materials from our class The paper must be at least 3 pages in length or 10 PowerPoint slides. It must contain creativity, relevant content and the composition must contain correct punctuation, grammar and spelling.
