TrainU (as introduced in Question 3), accepted your guidance on how they can improve IT Governance in their organisation. When they explained the plan to improve IT Governance to the IT staff, they encountered a lot of resistance from management as well as staff. These comments included concerns about red-tape, and low levels of knowledge about IT Service Managements that can help to structure the ITG Improvements.

They have asked your help again to provide them with information on a. the different types of IT Service Management Frameworks that they should consider (discuss at least two). b. thinking about the concerns raised, include insights on how change management is dealt with by these frameworks c. Provide practical suggestions specific to TrainU on how the Board can respond to the concerns mentioned. As an expert you have insights into other typical challenges. d. Name at least two other challenges and include suggestions on how to deal with those as well. e. Finally give your view on which ITSM you will recommend for TrainU and why you suggest it.
